Description
The ministry of Natural Resources in Laos, supported by GIZ, needed to develop a web application to record and display land use plans for the country.
Technologies
The application was written in PHP with a PostgreSQL/PostGIS database.
What did I do?
I was advising the developers on the creation of the application, providing guidance and training, as well as pair coding functionalities.
Period
Project started in February 2018.
